Washing-plant

Zee-3 washing Plant Ltd. A latest technology washing plant consisting of both front loading and Belly type machines.

The front loading machines are from Tonello from Italy with dying capability and some others from Yilmack from Turkey with dying and Heavy Denim capabiliity.

The capacity of the washing plant is 25000 Denim and 100000 woven per day. Also have dry process facility of hand sand, PP spray, Hand brushing, crinkle, 3D, tacking, grinding, baking oven.

Twill tape unit

The twill tape and Drawstring factory helps us in making all the twill tapes, drawcord and belts which are used in the garments produced in our sewing unit.

Embroidery plant

The in-house embroidery unit helps enhance the capability of producing value added products for our buyers. We have six Tajima machines. 5 machines with 20 head 9 colors and 1 machine with 12 head 9 color.

Elastic Unit

We are also making our own elastic in-house our elastic factory. In this factory we are making all sorts of regular encasedand adjustable elastic.
